Melt Flow Testing Instrument
Usage :
The melt flow rate testing instrument (melt flow indexer) was a professional device for testing the melt flow rate of thermoplastics under certain condition.
Melt flow rate (melt index) of thermoplastics is melt mass or volume which flow though the standard capillary die every 10 minutes, indicating by MFR. It’s different from thermoplastics viscosity in molten state.
The apparatus can be widely used in production and scientific research of factories, universities and research institutes structure and principle.

This tester accords to GB/T 3682-2000 、JB/T5456-2005、 JJG 878-2005 、ASTM D1238-01 、ISO 1133:2011
Selection guide
When the materials melt flow index ＜50g/10min, any model you could choose, most commonly used model was MFI-M
When the materials melt flow index ≥50g/10min, please choose MFI-H
When the required test load war larger (21.6kg), recommended to choose MFI-H series models with automatic loading function.
