Historic milestones:
1. In April 1999, the company is established.
2. In September 2000, the company is accredited as a high-tech company by Sci-Tech Commission of Hebei province.
3. In January 2001, the company is awarded “High quality brand for testing equipment” by Plastic Piping Sub-Committee Affiliated with China Plastic Industry Association.
4. In May 2001, the company won the honor of "star enterprise of manufacturing testing equipments for plastic windows doors and pipes" of Hebei Construction Bureau.
5. In November 2003, working conference of PPIA is held in our company.
6. In February 2005, Our company becomes a membership unit of Pipes and Valves Sub Commission of National Technical Committee of Standardization for Plastic Products. (TC48/SC3), participating and formulating the following national standards: Pipes standard of buried PP pipes for water supply (QB/T1929-2006) (has been promulgated) Thermoplastics piping systems for hot and cold water supply, Test method for the resistance of pipes and fittings mounted assemblies to thermal cycling (GB/T19993-2005) (has been promulgated) Plastic valves national standard (in authorization) .
7. In October 2005, the company is the training base of "Inspector Professional Appraisal work of National Pipes Laboratory" held by Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
8. In January 2006, the company obtained the right of self-run export; our products were sold to many countries over the world.
9. In February 2006, the company became a committee member of National Testing Machines Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC122).
10. In Jan 2007, our products were certified by European Union CE.
11.On December 4 th 2008,our company passed ISO9001-2000 Quality Management System Certificate successfully.
12.In 2009, we design and produce the Plastic valve leakage&torque testing machine and Plastic water-saving irrigation system testing machine.
13. In 2010 , company won the "Hebei harmonious labor relations enterprises"
14. In 2011, we design and produce plastic inspection chamber testing machines
15.In 2013, Our Large stroke pressure testing machine and combined Hydraulic Performance testing device got national patent
16.In 2014, we applied and passed the acceptance of the Science and Technology Department of Hebei Province and obtained a special fund for high-tech subsidies.
17.In 2015, our company and the China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research jointly developed the Automatic Measuring Device for the parameters of dripper and irrigation belt.
18. In 2016, our company participated in the “Plastic water-saving irrigation equipment part 5: Buried irrigation pipe” and “Plastic water-saving irrigation equipment part 4: Polyethylene (PE) branch pipe”. We also established a national standard working group for thermoplastic valves and started work smoothly.
19. In 2017, the mandatory national standard of JJF 1628-2017 “Standard for Calibration of Plastic Pipe Pressure Compression Blasting Machine” jointly fornulated by our company and Hebei Metrology Supervision and Inspection Institute was officially promulgated. This standard is officially implemented on May 1, 2018.
20. In 2018, the applicability test system for fully automatic large-diameter pipe system was successfully developed to fill the blank of this industry of China.
21. In 2019, our company participated in the formulation of three national standards GB / T37842-2019 thermoplastic ball valve, GB/T19812.5-2019 plastic water-saving irrigation equipment part 5 buried drip irrigation pipe, and GB / T38008-2019 thermoplastic gate valve officially promulgated.
22. In 2020, our company was once again identified as a HIGH-TECH Company in Hebei Province. The group standard 《T / CWEC15-2020 Continuous Fiber Enhanced Polyethylene Composite Pipe》 of China Water Conservancy Enterprises Association was officially released and implemented.
23. In 2021, one of our most popular products “dripper and drip irrigation pipe (tape) hydraulic performance test system” exported a total of 11 sets in two batches. Sounded the horn for Chinese manufacturing to go abroad in this field. At the same time, the valve flow capacity testing system, valve series testing machine, and thin-wall stainless steel (copper) (lined with plastic metal) pipe & fitting series testing equipment developed by our company were put into the market, applied to the national testing center and won unanimous praise.
24. In 2022, we entered the most severe year due to the COVID-19 epidemic . We strive to move forward in this adverse environment and accumulate steadily, and continuously obtained three national patents: "Valve Torque Fatigue Test Machine", "Calibration Instrument of Pipe Pressure Test Machine" and "Flow Resistance Factor Measurement Instrument". It has continued to expand its export in the field of agricultural water-saving irrigation testing and plastic pipeline testing, and has successfully reached in-depth cooperation with many key universities such as China Agricultural University, Shihezi University and Tianjin Agricultural College. For the further development of the company has laid a good foundation.
