Use
This equipment is used for pre-factory quality inspection of the assembled valve. we using this more advanced measurement method (Operation torque and high and low pressure sealing and closed ball test), instead of the method which using pressure and pressure difference or water soaking. Our machine is more intuitive, more accurate, higher accuracy, and could prevent misjudgment.

Gas ball valve torque and high & low pressure air sealing testing system
The testing machine is designed and manufactured according to GB /T 15558.4, mainly completing the following test items:
1、Start torque test with pressure
2、High-pressure leakage test
3、Low-pressure leakage test
4、Stop-End strength test
5、 High pressure and low pressure leakage test during and after tension
6、 High pressure and low pressure leakage test during and after bending
7、High pressure (low pressure) leakage detection

Use
The test system is mainly used for testing flow capacity such as flow-pressure loss, flow coefficient and flow resistance coefficient of thermoplastic valve, pipeline filter or the tested product whose flow resistance coefficient value is greater than 0.1 with water as medium.
It is very important testing equipment in the design, manufacturing and product quality part of thermoplastic valves and pipe filters and other products. It could test DN25, DN32, DN40,DN50,DN63 at the same time. Six working stations can be tested simultaneously, independently calculated, recorded, and automatically completed data recording and test reports.

Use
XFN series valve torque& fatigue testing machine is mainly used for the operation torque measurement and fatigue strength measurement of thermoplastic valves. This machine uses internal water and air outside method. There is a small leakage measurement system at each test station. It can instantly capture and automatically record the valve leakage and stop the test even if only a drop of water seeps out and drops.
